I don’t know how to give Mike a higher recommendation. He is the ultimate real estate professional. His understanding of the current market and delicate (in our situation) negotiation skills enabled us to maximize our homes value. He and Nancy helped us in so many different ways including remodeling plans, market timing and pricing strategy. We wouldn’t think of using another local real estate agent.
