Having recently-returned from Hawaii, the vast destruction of the town and the shock of it is much greater than one can believe. Those who escaped the Lahaina fire itself are left to deal with the devastation that remains. The loss of jobs, the loss of homes, and the heavy heart from the loss of friends and loved ones–some feel hopeless.
